It is suitable for cooking on induction, ceramic & gas stove. The vent weight releases excess pressure during usage. The lid had hard anodized safety valve. It has SS 304 grade handle bracket fixed with non heating cast Stainless Steel locking hook. The Bakelite handles are designed ergonomically which makes it easy for one to open & close the cooker.
