Return Process

  Log into your Milton account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
